This session will provide:
- An in-depth understanding of the principles and objectives of the Data Act
- Insight on developing mechanisms for accessing data from connected products and related services. We will help you to identify the products and services subject to the Data Act, prepare your data classification accordingly and determine what data-sharing mechanism to put in place
- Readiness for compliance as you master your action plan, draft and/or adapt your documentation, internal procedures and contractual clauses to bring them into line with the new Data Act requirements
