Nicholas Holland will be participating in a panel discussion of distinguished guest speakers at the Asset Tracing & Recovery Forum 2017. Nicholas will be discussing „Recent Development and Challenges in International Enforcement and Recognition.“
The panel will give an overview of the current global landscape and parse issues which have arisen, and continue to arise, cross-border in the realm of recognition and enforcement of court orders and judgments.
