Nicolas Debrux focuses his practice on banking and finance, advising sponsors and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
His practice covers leveraged acquisition financings and syndicated lending, where he assists clients with the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex financing arrangements. Nicolas regularly supports sponsors on acquisition finance transactions and has experience working on both borrower- and lender-side mandates.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicolas gained experience across leading international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg, where he worked on a broad range of banking, finance and capital markets matters. His experience includes bond issuances, loan agreements and derivatives, as well as regulatory aspects of financing transactions. He has also been involved in the structuring and formation of investment funds and has supported due diligence processes and cross-border transactions.
