Agathe Courtet focuses her practice on restructuring & insolvency matters, in the context of both in and out-of-court proceedings and handles related complex litigation.

She advises a broad range of stakeholders including debtors, shareholders, investors, prospective buyers and insolvency practitioners on high-stakes situations involving financial, operational and governance challenges, as well as the implementation of tailored restructuring solutions.

Prior to joining McDermott, Agathe practiced at leading French and international law firms.
