Connor Kridle focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling, guiding employers through single-plaintiff lawsuits to large representative actions. He defends complex wage and hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act matters, and discrimination, retaliation, and harassment lawsuits. Connor also has experience handling trade secrets matters, breach of contract lawsuits, and restrictive covenant litigation. His class action experience extends beyond employment to consumer defense under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act for retail and consumer-product clients.
Connor advises multi-state employers on employment and severance agreements, handbooks and policies, employee classification, internal investigations, and employee discipline and separations. He conducts employee trainings, supports employers through labor arbitrations, and regularly advises on critical developments in employment and labor law.
Connor counsels buyers and sellers on labor and employment issues in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate restructurings, conducting pre-transaction diligence and post-transaction integration for transactions ranging from single-digit millions to several hundred million dollars.
