International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ) (Constellation), a leading beverage alcohol company, in connection with its public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% senior notes due 2035 which closed on October 17, 2025. BofA Securities, Inc., BBVA Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers of the offering.
