Julia R. Kang

Julia R. Kang focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, coordinating the process from onset to closing. She drafts and negotiates loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and leasing documents. She also conducts due diligence review, including the examination of title reports, surveys, environmental reports, zoning reports, and lien searches.

During law school, Julia served as senior articles editor for the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics.
