International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented MTS-TBH, LLC, a portfolio company of private equity company WindRose Heath Investors, LLC, in its sale of Trumpet Behavioral Health, LLC, a leading provider of behavioral health services, to Blue Sprig, a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
