Steven is a recognized thought leader on the New York State laws and regulations governing transactions involving New York healthcare entities, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis clinics, home health and home care services agencies, and other entities subject to the Certificate of Need and Department of Health notification processes.
Steven serves on the LGBTQ+ subcommittee of McDermott’s Firm-wide Justice, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
While in law school, Steven served as an editor of The Georgetown Law Journal.
