McDermott Advises Andera Partners on the Restructuring of Unaferm & Levieux Menuisiers' Capital

McDermott Will & Emery advised Andera Partners, a leading private equity and sponsor-less transaction firm through its Andera Acto activity, on the reorganization of Unaferm & Levieux Menuisiers Group’s capital.

The Unaferm & Levieux Menuisiers Group is a leading player in the manufacture and installation of custom-made, high-end windows, shutters and coverings active in the French renovation market.

This transaction marks a new stage in the Group’s development. Andera Acto has arranged financing through its ActoMezz IV and Acto Heritage funds. The new acquisition debt has been arranged by the Group’s longtime partners LCL and Crédit Agricole Alsace Vosges.
