Thomas Sauermilch, head of McDermott’s industrials group, led the Firm’s team that advised German drug packaging products company Gerresheimer on its $725 million purchase of Centor, a maker of plastic vials and closures used by pharmacies. Other members of the team included Michael Sartor, Diane Morgenthaler, Maureen O’Brien, Steven Erf, Daphne Trotter, James Cohen, Daniel Zucker, Michael O’Shaughnessy, Carla Hine, John Sullivan and William Stempel.
