Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented WillowWood Holdings Inc., one of the leading manufacturers of prosthetic products, including prosthetic liners, feet, knees, and enabling technologies, across the US and key European markets, in the sale of a majority stake to CVC Catalyst III.
Blue Sea Capital and management will reinvest meaningfully alongside CVC to support WillowWood’s next phase of growth. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities and is expected in the third quarter of 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
