Düsseldorf, June 9, 2017 – McDermott Will & Emery advised The Heico Companies LLC with the acquisition of KaRo Kanal- und Rohrreinigungsmaschinen GmbH.
KaRo Kanal- und Rohrreinigungsmaschinen GmbH, domiciled in Hückeswagen, is a market leader of pipe and sewage cleaning equipment in Germany. Its services comprise cable machines, high pressure cleaning and TV inspection systems.
Heico, the parent company of the Dutch company Rior/Rioned in Tilburg, regards the acquisition as a supplement to its range of services enabling both a geographical expansion and the introduction of new services.
McDermott recently advised Heico with the acquisition of WISTRA. The team was also under the direction of the Düsseldorf partner Dr. Jan Hückel here.
