Lowell Yoder wrote this bylined article on the EU’s investigation of alleged illegal state aid, an action which he called “unprecedented” and which, by disproportionately targeting US Companies, “is totally at odds with the arm’s-length standard in the OECD transfer pricing guidelines and completely incompatible with internationally accepted transfer pricing principles.”
