Subpart F “Loopholes” Described in the President's FY 2017 Budget

Lowell Yoder wrote this bylined article describing proposals in the Obama Administration’s FY 2017 Budget to close Subpart F “loopholes” involving the 30-day rule, toll manufacturing arrangements and digital income. Mr. Yoder noted that these so-called loopholes “are current law, are currently available, and the proposals are not in any legislation under consideration by Congress.”
