McDermott Will & Schulte advises Initiative & Finance on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Airess Group

McDermott Will & Schulte has advised Initiative & Finance, through its Article 9 Tomorrow fund dedicated to environmental transition, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Airess Group, a specialist in fire protection.

As part of this transaction, Initiative & Finance succeeds to Trajan as a shareholder in the group, alongside the executives and around forty managers. Trajan will be able to reinvest as a minority shareholder in the group as part of this transaction.
