International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Revelstoke Capital Partners, a Denver-based health care-focused private equity firm, in its acquisition of Monte Nido Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries, a leading eating disorder treatment provider serving patients across the full continuum of care.
The transaction closed on August 25, 2022. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
