As one of the Firm’s deputy general counsels, Sally A. Rosenberg works with the general counsel to oversee McDermott’s integrity and compliance initiative.
Sally’s responsibilities include developing Firm-wide policies in areas related to risk prevention and risk management, building ongoing internal educational and compliance protocols and programs, and managing internal compliance matters. She also is the general counsel’s point person on Firm-related data privacy and security issues as well as Firm-related intellectual property matters. Sally also reviews contracts to which the Firm is party.
Sally practiced in McDermott’s Health Industry Practice Group for 10 years, focusing on public policy advocacy and health regulatory processes, including the areas of coding, coverage and reimbursement. She represented rural health providers, hearing aid specialists, dental hygienists and integrated health delivery systems on myriad issues before Federal policymakers, particularly with respect to the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Sally also has worked as a private consultant, providing presentation skills coaching and media training for executives and professionals across numerous industries.
