- Serves as national trial counsel for Monsanto in polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) litigation and Glyphosate (Roundup) litigation
- Served with others on the McDermott team as national coordinating counsel for Honeywell International’s Bendix asbestos docket
- Served as lead counsel for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in the individual follow-up cases to the national flight attendant class action lawsuit against the tobacco industry
