Merritt Baria focuses her practice on litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Merritt served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
During law school, Merritt was the managing editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and a member of the Negotiation Board. She also received the Farley Award for graduating first in her class.
