International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Sayata, an AI-enabled digital distribution marketplace and agency operations for commercial insurance, in its sale to Penn-America Underwriters (PAU), a subsidiary of Global Indemnity Group, a publicly listed holding company for property and casualty insurance-related businesses.

This transaction supports PAU’s strategy to expand innovative distribution solutions for specialty insurance and new products.
