• Advised Gram Asset Management, the private equity division of Grupo Romero Asset Management (GRAM), in connection with Gram’s majority investment in the UniVista Insurance platform
• Served as US insurance regulatory counsel to CVC Capital Partners in their investment in Odevo, a technology property management company
