Will Plews-Ogan focuses his practice on energy and infrastructure project finance, development, and advisory matters. He represents sponsors and lenders in tax equity, debt finance, bond finance, private placements/private credit, project development documents, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate matters, particularly those involving renewable energy.
During law school, Will served as an editor for the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law and the Science & Technology Law Review.

Project finance tax
- Assisted clients with novel tax credit questions under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022*
- Supported a client with their tax credit transfer and sale agreement*
