Peter J. Tucci advises high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and tax optimization strategies, including estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer (GST), and income tax matters. His practice spans the full range of estate planning services, from drafting wills, revocable trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, insurance trusts, and charitable trusts to preparing business documents such as LLC operating agreements, purchase agreements, and promissory notes.
Peter regularly assists clients with a range of succession issues, including the transfer of family businesses, commercial real estate holdings, and investment fund interests, while also providing counsel on trust administration, charitable-giving strategies, and related estate-planning matters.

Earlier in his career, Peter worked for a FinTech company, where he focused on advanced tax planning and wealth management and explained sophisticated tax and trust concepts to financial advisors, accountants, and taxpayers. He previously clerked at the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
