April, 2026 – International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte is pleased to announce seven lawyers have been selected to serve on Law360’s 2026 editorial boards. Each will offer feedback on news coverage and provide insight on how best to shape future coverage.
- Alexei Cowett, co-head of the firm’s Media, Entertainment & Sports Practice Group, specializes in structuring high-impact transactions and partnerships for high-profile individuals and recognized brands in endorsement deals, equity ventures and company formations, joint ventures and cross-border M&A. Alexei will join Law360’s 2026 Media & Entertainment Editorial Advisory Board.
- Michael Hilkin, a partner in McDermott’s Tax Group, represents clients in all aspects of complex state and local tax matters, particularly on tax controversy and transactional issues relating to state and local income, franchise, sales and use, gross receipts, and other business taxes. Michael will join Law360’s 2026 Tax Authority State & Local Editorial Advisory Board.
- Sarah Hogarth, a partner in McDermott’s Supreme Court & Appellate Litigation and Government & Regulatory Litigation Practice Group’s, briefs and argues appeals and critical motions, litigates affirmative cases challenging federal and state government action and advises on legal strategy and dispositive motions in trial courts or before administrative tribunals. Sarah will re-join Law360’s 2026 Appellate Editorial Advisory Board after serving on the 2024 Board.
- Caroline Ngo, co-leader of McDermott’s International Tax Affinity Group, advises publicly traded companies on international tax planning, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, application of bilateral income tax treaties, and other international tax matters. Caroline will re-join Law360’s 2026 Tax Authority International Editorial Advisory Board after serving on the 2024 Board.
- Sagar Ravi, a partner in McDermott’s Global White-Collar & Government Practice Group, advises clients facing a wide range of white-collar and regulatory enforcement matters, with a particular focus on cybersecurity, digital assets, healthcare fraud, consumer protection, and artificial intelligence (AI). Sagar will re-join Law360’s 2026 White Collar Editorial Advisory Board after serving on the 2025 Board.
- Tony Torain, co-lead of the Employment Group’s traditional labor practice, defends major organizations in unfair labor practice trials and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), audits, strikes, union election campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, and strategic labor relations planning matters. Tony will re-join Law360’s 2026 Employment Authority Labor Editorial Advisory Board after serving on the 2025 Board.
- Daniel Woodard, a partner in McDermott’s capital markets team, counsels public and private companies on raising capital, corporate governance and general corporate matters, focusing on representing private and public companies in all aspects of public and private securities offerings, public company reporting and disclosure compliance and stock exchange-listing compliance. Daniel will re-join Law360’s 2026 Capital Markets Editorial Advisory Board after serving on the 2024 Board.
