International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented 3 Boomerang Capital, a private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT, in the formation of its flagship fund, 3 Boomerang Capital I, with over $375 million in capital commitments, exceeding its original target. 3 Boomerang Capital invests in lower middle market healthcare infrastructure companies in North America and certain countries in Europe.
The McDermott team was led by partner Ian Schwartz, head of the Firm’s Investment Funds Group, and included partner Prem Amarnani and associates Alissa Cardillo, Rafa Calatrava and Jonathan Chasin. Partner Kevin Hall and associates Kwabena Yeboah and Anthony Teng advised on tax matters, partner Anh Lee and associate David Stage advised on finance matters and partner Todd Solomon advised on ERISA matters.
