McDermott Will & Schulte represented Investcorp Technology Partners on the successful carve-out of Netop as a standalone company from Ativion (formerly Impero Software).

The McDermott team was led by partner Fatema Orjela, assisted by counsel Zoe Woodhouse and associate Raees Khan (all private equity). Partner Alex Jupp (tax), counsel Elizabeth Spencer (tax) and counsel Manuel Weiβ (private equity) in Munich also advised.
