Paul Schochet focuses his practice on securities, complex commercial, and shareholder activism litigation in both federal and state court. He represents hedge funds, public and private companies, and individuals involved in high-stakes commercial disputes.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Paul served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Philip M. Halpern of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
