Moe Katchen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, including private equity platforms, private companies, public companies, and physician offices. He regularly handles all aspects of the diligence process and drafts ancillary transaction documents, including transition services agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, confidentiality agreements, disclosure schedules, US Securities and Exchange Commission filings, bills of sale, third-party consents, and officers’ certificates.

During law school, Moe served as a legal intern in the US Attorney’s Office for the District of the Virgin Islands. He was also a special projects director for the Knox County (Illinois) State’s Attorney.
