Michael S. Gross focuses his practice on sophisticated estate, gift, and tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as on trust and estate administration, charitable giving, business structuring, and corporate law. He advises clients on a wide range of wealth preservation techniques, including generation-skipping transfer tax planning, business succession, and complex trust modifications such as decanting.
Board certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education, Michael designs and implements customized estate plans incorporating irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations (including preparation of Internal Revenue Service Form 1023), qualified personal residence trusts, family dynasty trusts, grantor-retained annuity trusts, domestic asset protection trusts, and spousal lifetime access trusts.
Before going to law school, Michael worked for an international investment banking firm.
