Inès Lamarti focuses her practice on white collar crime and in particular on anti-corruption measures and the French law on the duty of care.

She has a strong background in criminal, civil law, as well as AML/CFT analysis

Prior to qualification, she served within the Investigation Chamber of the Versailles Court of Appeal, and also gained significant compliance experience at a public financial institution where she supported ACPR compliance matters, helped structure intervention doctrines for existing and future consignments and specialized deposits, and worked closely with legal teams responsible for compliance and internal controls.
