Überblick
Alberto Del Panta focuses his practice on litigation in civil and commercial matters, and on domestic and international arbitration. He gained significant experience in assisting clients in complex contentious situations, both in front of Italian State courts and before ad hoc and institutional arbitral tribunals (e.g., CAM and ICC).
His legal experience covers a wide range of topics, such as digital assets, real estate, construction contracts, M&A and commercial contracts, and corporate law.
Alberto has taken the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) course in domestic and international arbitration in 2020, and he regularly acts as tribunal’s secretary in arbitration proceedings. He is also teaching assistant at Bocconi University in Milan, where he focuses on public law and international law.
