Nora L. Klein* leverages her law degree and more than a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity to strengthen client relationships and drive business development. She combines deep legal knowledge, strategic advisory capabilities, and mindful use of market‑relevant content to help clients gain a competitive edge across a broad range of mission‑critical initiatives.

Previously, Nora served as senior legal counsel at a global insurance brokerage and risk management services company, where she worked closely with senior management, finance teams, external counsel, and investment bankers to support domestic and international M&A. In that role, she helped develop and execute the company’s M&A strategy, oversaw legal due diligence, led post‑acquisition integrations, negotiated and executed transaction documents, and assisted in shaping company policies to mitigate legal risk and enhance business performance. Prior to that, she practiced as a corporate associate at McDermott Will & Schulte, advising private equity firms and portfolio companies on middle‑market acquisitions, corporate governance, and capital markets matters; coordinating transaction launches and closings; working with international co‑counsel; and supporting clients across various industries.
