Chloe Wigul represents employers in workplace law matters, including preventive counseling and advice. She has experience managing complex Private Attorney General Act and class action matters, as well as litigating single plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases.
During law school, Chloe served as an extern for the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew in the Central District Court of California. She also served as a literary citations editor for the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary and co-chair of the Moot Court Team. She was also part of the Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic where she prepared briefings and presented oral arguments to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
