International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Pathpoint, Inc., a provider of digital insurance wholesale brokerage services, in its capital raise of an additional $12.5 million from existing investors, led by Caffeinated Capital. The investment, which will support Pathpoint’s continued build out of its wholesale broking operations, includes the purchase of Pathpoint’s Series A Preferred Stock and a Warrant to purchase Series AA Preferred Stock.
The transaction was announced on January 26, 2023.
The McDermott deal team was led by Michael Halsband and included Mike Byrne, Diego Gómez-Cornejo, Elaine Kao, Josh Cohrs, Joanna Lin and Chloe Curtis.
