Todd Finger advises clients across the full spectrum of corporate transactions and financings, including mergers, purchases and sales, leveraged buyouts, venture investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and recapitalizations.

He represents both operating companies and investors, with notable experience for clients in biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, consumer products, food and beverage, entertainment and media, and fashion and apparel.

He also negotiates financings and transactions for private equity and venture capital firms, serves as head of McDermott’s Transactions Practice Group in New York, and sits on the firm’s Management Committee. Earlier in his career, he worked at the White House in the Office of Scheduling and Advance under President William Clinton.
