Shawn C. Helms is a Dallas-based partner who co-heads McDermott’s Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice, co-founded the firm’s AI Cross-Practice Group, and serves on the firm’s Management Committee.
He advises on complex technology, outsourcing and intellectual property transactions, including licensing, cloud arrangements, strategic sourcing, data licensing and other commercial and technology matters.
