Noah Green focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters.
While in law school, Noah served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall of the US District Court for the Central District of California. He also served as an executive board member for the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and was an active member of the Business Law Society. Additionally, Noah worked as a legal writing fellow, where he assisted other students by helping them strengthen their legal writing skills.
