Darren is a member of the firm-wide Management Committee and Executive Committee, and Global Co-Head of the Business Restructuring Group. He advises troubled companies, creditors’ committees, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers on in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
His practice centers on restructurings, creditors’ rights, and distressed acquisitions, with regular appearances in US Bankruptcy Courts. He brings notable experience across energy, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, maritime and transportation, and matters involving blockchain and cryptocurrency.
