Chelsea Olivera is a member of the Healthcare Practice Group, where she focuses on healthcare M&A transactions.

While earning her law degree, Chelsea served as a summer associate with McDermott’s Healthcare Practice Group and as a law clerk at a private law firm, where she worked on regulatory healthcare matters. She was president of the University of Miami School of Law’s Health Law Association and staff editor of the University of Miami Law Review.

Prior to law school, Chelsea worked as a finance associate on a Florida gubernatorial campaign and as a legislative aide for the Florida Senate.
