Adam Rogers serves as managing partner of the firm’s Miami and Boca Raton offices, where he represents private equity funds, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs driving innovation in healthcare services and health information technology through sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions.

As a Florida Board Certified Specialist in Health Law, Adam combines deep transactional experience with national regulatory acumen – a dual capability that allows him to take a strategic approach to compliance and proactively mitigate risk. He helps clients find the right partners and deal structures to succeed in a rapidly changing, competitive landscape, advising on regulatory issues that can impact operations and deals from due diligence through documentation of joint ventures, professional services arrangements, and management service organization structures.

Adam’s unique perspective is informed by his experience as a licensed physical therapist before practicing law, giving him firsthand insight into healthcare delivery.
