Paul Melot de Beauregard and Carsten Böhm led a Munich and Frankfurt team that gave corporate, tax, IP and employment advice to INTERGLOBAL Industrieholding GmbH on the sale of its holdings in Harmonic Drive AG and Ovalo GmbH. The team included Christian Masch, Steffen Woitz, Nadine Hartung, Maximilian Baur, Kian Tauser and Nina Siewert.
