Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Axar Capital Management in connection with the chapter 11 cases of AGDP Holding Inc. and its affiliated debtors (collectively, “Avant Gardner”), including the sale of Avant Garnder’s assets to Axar affiliates.
Avant Gardner is a leading live music entertainment operator of one of New York City’s premier live music and event venues—the Brooklyn Mirage. Avant Gardner’s portfolio includes two additional venues—The Great Hall and The Kings Hall—making it a premier destination for live music events. The successful sale transaction provides Avant Gardner with new ownership and positions the Company to deliver shows in 2026 and beyond.
