Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Elements Health Investors Management, a private equity firm based in New York City, in the formation of Elements Health Investors I, its inaugural blind-pool fund. Elements is focused on investing in healthcare services and technology-enabled services companies through buyouts, recapitalizations, or significant minority investments.
The McDermott team was led by Ian Schwartz and included Prem Amarnani, Alissa Cardillo, and Brett Podell. Kevin Hall and Anthony Teng advised on tax matters.
