Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Albaron Partners on the final close of its flagship $185 million blind-pool fund, Albaron Healthcare Opportunities I LP. The fund close was announced in a press release on May 19, 2026.
The fund was significantly oversubscribed, hitting its hard cap in under five months.
The McDermott team was led by Luc Jansen with invaluable assistance from Alissa Cardillo, Erica Moscarello, Cheng-Hau Kee and Noah Graves from the investment management group. Kevin Hall and Anthony Teng for tax support and Allison Bernbach and Joseph Daly for regulatory support.
