Capital (“H.I.G.”), a leading global alternative investment firm with $74 billion of capital under management, in the sale of Celerion Holdings, Inc. (“Celerion”) a global CRO and leader in clinical pharmacology and bioanalytical sciences, to funds affiliated with THL Partners.
