McDermott Will & Schulte advised the shareholders of German software provider socoto GmbH & Co. KG on the acquisition of the company by globally active Volaris Group.
With the acquisition of socoto, Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc, specializing in the acquisition and development of vertical market software companies globally, is further expanding its portfolio in a high-growth sector.
Socoto, headquartered in Trier, Germany, develops and implements software solutions for the management of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for brands and their sales partners.
The McDermott team was led by Philipp Grenzebach and Carlota Huth and included Steffen Woitz and Marcus Fischer.
