Robert Krieger is a member of McDermott Will & Schulte’s Investment Management practice. His practice focuses on private alternative investment funds, including their structuring, management, and related corporate and regulatory matters. Robert regularly advises and represents clients in connection with the formation, structuring and operation of private funds pursuing a variety of strategies, including hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds and special purpose vehicles. He also has experience advising and representing clients in connection with the formation and operation of management entities to private funds.
