McDermott Advises Shareholders of Alfatec on the Sale of the Company to AUCTUS

Frankfurt, April 2, 2025 –– McDermott Will & Emery has advised the shareholders of the Alfatec Group on the sale of the majority of the shares in the company to the investment company AUCTUS and on the reinvestment of the shareholders. AUCTUS invests in Alfatec through the AUCTUS V fund.

Founded in 1978, Alfatec GmbH & Co. KG headquartered in Rednitzhembach, Germany, is a product specialist in the field of electronic components.

AUCTUS Capital Partners AG is one of the most active European mid-market investment companies with nearly 450 investments since its founding in 2001. AUCTUS primarily invests in majority stakes in companies with annual revenues between €10 million and €150 million.
