International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented H.I.G. Capital, LLC (H.I.G.), a leading global alternative investment firm, in its acquisition and financing of the spine business of ZimVie Inc. (ZimVie), a publicly traded company. The acquired business is now renamed as Highridge Medical. The transaction closed April 1, 2024.
The cross-border McDermott team was led by Harris Siskind, Alex Clavero, Griffin Doty, Taylor Berman and Ryan Forman.
